Following the popularity of my previous blog “Does your baby sleep through the night yet? Part 1”, I thought I’d share the experience of one mother who used EFT to help with her childrens sleep issues and make an EFT video to help you with sleep issues.
One mothers experience of using EFT for her children’s sleep issues
A mother of 6 was experiencing sleep issues with her 6th child. After an EFT telephone session, she experienced improvements with her son’s sleep patterns. Having learnt the method herself, when her 3rd eldest’s mind was stopping him sleep, she decided to do EFT with him, herself and was impressed how easily he was able to settle himself after that.

On this video, you will see a demonstration of how EFT can be used and I encourage you to tap along, copying the statements I say. If you have not done EFT before, you may want to familiarise yourself with the tapping points or download a free manual to get more information.
EFT works most effectively when the words you say match what you are feeling. Obviously I don’t know what you are feeling so I have used general wording. When you get used to the EFT process, I encourage you to substitute your own words for mine. I suggest you to repeat the tapping sequences on the video regularly eg twice a day (perhaps morning and evening).
