Destination Chaos or Destination Calm?

Chaos or calm? Most of us, if asked would definitely opt for destination calm, but sometimes our lives just feel chaotic. What are the currents pulling you into stormy seas? Maybe it’s your relationship with your children, your partner, other family members? Perhaps you are having to struggle on alone and everything just feels like waves swamping the deck. Mums lives can be a juggle- work-children-family and no time for you. When do you get time to choose between chaos or calm if the seas are rough and you can barely keep your head above water? It doesn’t have to be this way.

Chaos or Calm how to get some control back

Sometimes we just cannot change our circumstances, they are out of our control; but we can change how we respond to them. If a problem seems overwhelming it can be difficult to take any action or do anything other than feel like you are drowning. However, the smallest, tiniest of shifts can restore some balance, give you a breathing space and help you deal with what is happening.
