The beautiful Latimer Place De Vere Hotel, Latimer, Bucks HP5 1UG 10 mins from J18 of M25 5 mins by taxi from Chalfont & Latimer station (tube or train). Immerse yourself in a powerful, gentle, supportive nourishing space of transformation and celebration
Examples of What We Will Be Doing on the Retreat
Reflect on your life and what takes you away from being present and peaceful
Create resouces for yourself so that you can step back into your life with more clarity, strength and calm
A variety of tools will be used including: EFT and other energy techniques, Family Constellations and Creativity. No previous experience is required and you won’t have to do anything that you don’t want to do!

I want to enable you to stay calm in the face of stress and have a go-to tool to use whenever life throws a curve ball. Sometimes that means before you can get your daily life under control, you need some time out to rejuvenate, refresh and relax.A weekend retreat literally gives you breathing space to reflect and in this case boost your immune system and deepen your understanding of EFT.
