The Brand New Well-Being Scale
Peter Donn has added a very important new scale to our EFT trainings – the Well-Being Scale (WBS) which is an integration of a modified Abraham Hicks’ Emotional Guidance Scale and Silvia Hartmann’s fundamentally important -10 to +10 SUE (Subjective Units of Experience) scale which takes us well beyond the zero point “peaceful and light” into higher levels of experience such as joy, happiness and other highly positive states.
We make use of this new scale in many ways in the Advanced Meta Tapping training and in the application of EFT.
The Well-Being Scale gives a backdrop of possibility when we consider our general Well-Being state. We are so used to being just “comfortable” we don’t realise we are selling ourselves short. In this way it gives an objective viewpoint on our potential which is great for cultivating self-responsibility and opening up new enlightened avenues in our lives. For practitioners, the Well-Being Scale therefore gives clients motivation to continue working with you when they see so much more upside potential.
Most people in our society, unfortunately spend much of their time between -5 and +3 on the Well-Being Scale. Just look at the faces of London commuters on the tube on a Monday morning!
