As part of the EFT International requirements EFT trainee and practitioners need to attend a minimum of 6 mentoring (supervision) hours before qualifying and annually thereafter.
- practitioner self care – make sure you are tapping regularly to increase focus, release any triggers from clients
- professional development – discussion of what areas are you interested in developing or learning about
- celebrating client successes and discussing difficulties
- business development – what is the next step in building their practice
- release blocks to being or becoming a practitioner – common issues include feelings about:
- – being paid
- – what if clients don’t feel better after a session
- – what if something goes wrong
- – not feeling good enough
- – review and improve on techniques
- – how to talk about EFT to potential clients
The formats of mentoring available:
