Have you tried just will power to break a habit? It probably works for a while, then your resolve is weakened by constant temptation and your will power muscle gets tired! You need some support to break that cycle. Sometimes people start off well but then, being human, something comes up to break the new habit. It is then common to beat oneself up and give up.

With this programme you will create permanent positive new habits – giving you calm and peace in your life. It will become as easy and as habitual as brushing your teeth! You will shift old negative habits and create new positive ones that increase feelings of peace and calm in all areas of your life; parenting, work, relationships etc. I offer regular support to encourage you to keep going and if you fall off the band wagon, I will be there to help you get back on track. I hold your hand every step of the way and we go at your pace

But I already know EFT!

Maybe you have already tried EFT but not sure where to start? When you are trying to figure out a solution/ tap on an issue on your own, its can feel like being lost in a forest and not knowing the way out. When you work with a practitioner, the practitioner is above the forest, can see the way out and can guide you there. Maybe you’ve had some success with EFT for a period of time only to have the problem return. When you work on your own you are limited by your own negative beliefs such as “Life is dangerous” or “I’m not good enough”.

Working with me you will be able to dissolve these beliefs and replace them with empowering beliefs such as “Life is safe and I am protected” or “I accept myself just as I am” You CAN release old negative habits of self-sabotage by identifying and clearing the root causes of these habits

How It Works

According to current research, it takes about 2 months to create a new habit. The programme is designed to ensure that the new habits are permanent and that you have the tools to get back on track whenever life throws you a curveball. So it consists of weekly sessions initially followed by fortnightly sessions after a while. It is designed for the busy mum so it takes only a few extra minutes a day in addition to regular hourly sessions and we will create a routine that suits your lifestyle. With EFT the results are usually quick so I would expect you to start feeling at least some improvements after the first session. By commiting to regular sessions we are able to build on the work we are doing and create the momentum needed to prioritise and address the issues identified.
