“In my work when I talk about self love people are embarrassed, some think it’s selfish to love ourselves and some look at me shocked because they have never heard about self love. It makes me sad .I grew up hating myself as a girl and i used to think of women as being dirty because we have periods and babies. I am part of a culture where when women menstruate or give birth they are forbidden to go to temples, to cook for the men or get involved in any religious matters. I never liked my body until recently. Thank you very much for another beautiful and sacred session today and thank you for sharing this part of my journey with me, it’s a great blessing. ”
