Time is your enemy.
You’re always catching your tail.
You’re feeling overwhelmed, with too many things to do.

I get it! I know that feeling well too, having spent years running around on a hamster wheel!
What I’d like you to consider is that there are 1440 minutes per day. I can’t believe that each of those minutes is taken up.

Being an experienced EFT practitioner and trainer for several years, I knew the power of EFT from having helped 100s of mums in the past in 1-2-1 sessions.
